Tom’s Smoothie: Cucumber, Apple, Kiwi, Broccoli, Kale, Celery, and Grapes

For years, Tom would look forward to his daily green smoothie, which has pretty much remained unchanged all this time. It’s hard to improve on perfection, so we blend up several days’ worth at a time in our Vitamix. With its base of cucumbers, celery, apples, and grapes, it’s both refreshing and light, ideal for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Patty and Andrea have been known to enjoy theirs with some rum — and a good laugh — at the end of the day.
