Description

You can make this salad as is, or change out some of the ingredients in both the salad and the dressing based on what you have in the kitchen. At the Spiral House, Chef Diane makes it differently each time she serves it. Regardless, it will be loaded with goodness.

Walnuts (toasted)

For the Salad

Small Head Savoy Cabbage (finely diced)
1 1⁄2 cup
Fennel Bulb (finely diced, root and tough outer layers removed)

Red Bell Pepper (seeds removed and finely diced)
