Cashew Nuts
1⁄4 cup
Nutritional Yeast
 
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Description

This is our vegan “parmesan cheese.” We like to keep some in the fridge at all times because it's a great last-minute topping for so many dishes.

Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you have the consistency of grated cheese.

Notes

  • Can refrigerate for 2 weeks.
  • Freezes well.
